Tucked away on the hillside, the cottage boasts a studio layout that ensures intimacy and comfort. Half Hog’s king bed and tidy sitting area are warmed each evening by an indoor fireplace, while the patio’s French doors open to a beautiful view framed by the surrounding bush.
Furnished with all the comforts of modern farm living, Half Hog includes:
Cosy open plan cottage with a king bed, sitting area, and indoor fireplace
Fully-equipped kitchen (with gas hob, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, dishcloths, and washing liquid)
Bathroom with a shower bath (towels, soap and toilet paper provided)
Private patio with a weber braai and outdoor seating, perfect for those long summer nights

Complimentary firewood, a basic WiFi connection, and solar power with generator backup
Accommodation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the remaining balance is payable prior to arrival.
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
With 5 days notice, we are happy to replace king beds with two single beds.
Our farm and accommodation is pet friendly, but guests are responsible for familiarising themselves with our pets policy.
Guests are also responsible for familiarising themselves with the rest of our policies and indemnity disclosures.
